Transition Coaching Experiences

Life comes with turning points—marriage, parenting, leadership shifts, and midlife transitions. These moments bring questions, tension, and the desire to grow. You don’t have to navigate them alone.

A Couple Is a Team — and a Team Plays to Win Together

Every couple brings differences into their relationship—culture, upbringing, personality, expectations. When left unexplored, these differences often become sources of misunderstanding and conflict. When understood and aligned, they become a couple’s greatest strength.

Chanda na Pete is a couple’s experience by Badili Experience, designed to help partners grow into a strong, intentional team, anchored in truth, shared vision, and belonging.

Exploring the Dynamics of a Couple as a Team

Few couples are intentionally equipped to synergise around a common vision. Chanda na Pete creates space for honest reflection and guided discovery, helping couples understand how they work together—and how to work better.

Through dynamic indoor and outdoor experiential activities, coupled with guided reflection, real-life scenarios are unpacked in an accessible and life-giving way. Facilitators draw from their own lived experiences, creating a safe, affirming environment where couples can engage truthfully and grow together.

The Questions We Explore

  • When you get married, what really gets married?
  • How do you intentionally complement one another as a team?
  • How can you identify the root causes of conflict and build the capacity to resolve them well?

These conversations are not theoretical. They are practical, relational, and grounded in everyday life.

What You Will Learn Together

Chanda na Pete guides couples to:

  • Frame and adapt healthy expectations for a strong partnership
  • Intentionally design your own couple culture, distinct from your families of origin
  • Build toward a shared vision, beliefs, and values
  • Understand your partner by learning to speak their unique language
  • Appreciate and leverage personality differences rather than fight them

This is experiential learning—where insight meets action and results in deeper connection.

Facilitated in Community, Grounded in Faith

The experience is facilitated in a group coaching format, fostering openness, learning, and belonging among couples walking similar journeys.

Built on solid biblical foundations, Chanda na Pete reflects God’s design for thriving marriages—offering stability, wisdom, and hope for the long journey ahead.

How the Experience Is Offered

Chanda na Pete can be experienced as:

  • A one-day immersive experience
  • An overnight or multi-day retreat

Kizazi Kipya Parenting Adventure –

Raising a New Generation, Together
Kizazi Kipya is Swahili for “New Generation.”
Children today are growing up in a rapidly changing world—shaped by technology, busy schedules, and fragmented communities. As a result, many parents feel overwhelmed, while churches and schools are increasingly expected to fill the gap in shaping values, character, and resilience..

Kizazi Kipya is a structured parent empowerment program delivered within churches, schools, and community settings to intentionally support families and strengthen shared values.

Program Purpose

To equip parents to confidently raise children of character while aligning home, church, and school around a shared approach to child development.

The Kizazi Kipya Program

The program is delivered in three progressive modules, each made up of three interactive sessions, and is suitable for group settings.

1. Parent as a Coach

Parents are empowered to step confidently into their primary role as guides and coaches in their children’s lives. They gain practical coaching habits that help shape discipline, character, and a clear vision for their child’s future.

2. Community Parenting

Parents are supported to intentionally work together with schools, churches, caregivers, and other key adults. This module helps rebuild a healthy sense of community so children experience consistent values and care wherever they are.

3. Every Child Is Unique

Parents learn to recognize and nurture each child’s unique design, strengths, and potential. Together with other stakeholders, children are guided to grow in Character, Confidence, Connections, Competence, and Compassion.

Kizazi Kipya helps communities raise grounded, confident children—together, on purpose, and for the future.

A Parent’s Story

Jeff and Cynthia, parents to Neema (10) and Sifa (6), share their journey:

“When we joined the class, we were struggling. Neema’s school performance had dropped badly, and nothing we tried seemed to work. Our younger daughter was also struggling with self-acceptance. With our demanding work schedules, we were hardly spending time with our children, and it caused tension between us as parents.

The class helped us realise that there was a solution. We learned that being present matters more than being perfect, that parenting as a united team brings peace at home, and that when children improve, parents thrive too.

We made real changes—adjusting our work schedules so we could be more available to our children. We’re still learning, but our home is happier, and our children are doing better.”

Dads. Children. Adventure.

Dads, by design, shape the identity and destiny of their children.

For generations, apprenticeship was how values, beliefs, courage, and life skills were passed from father to child—side by side, in real life. Today’s fast-paced lifestyles have slowly eroded that space.

Dadventure, a Dad & Child experience by Badili Experience, intentionally reclaims this lost ground—using adventure as the classroom.

Adventure That Builds Identity

Through shared outdoor adventures—hikes, cycling, rock climbing, abseiling, camping, mountaineering and more—Dads are given a natural, pressure-free space to connect deeply, share life wisdom, and shape the character of their son, daughter, nephew, or niece.

You don’t have to search for the right words.
The adventure creates the moments.

Shaping Destiny Together

Our experienced facilitators journey with you, drawing from their own life and adventure stories to make each experience meaningful. Guided in a Kijiji (community) style, Dadventure fosters truthful conversations, insight-filled moments, and a strong sense of belonging for both Dads and children.

As Nelson Mandela reflected:
“Although my mother was the center of my existence, I defined myself by my father.”

Research consistently affirms what we already sense—engaged fathers profoundly influence their children’s confidence, character, and future outcomes.

What Your Child Learns Through Dadventure

Dadventure helps you intentionally pass on life lessons that matter:

  • Build lasting memories together
  • Shape character, responsibility, and values
  • Grow confidence and courage to face challenges
  • Develop natural leadership through real experiences
  • Strengthen essential life skills for an ever-changing world

This is experiential learning at its best—practical, memorable, and deeply formative.

How the Experience Works

Each Dadventure is thoughtfully designed and facilitated:

  • Clear meeting points, itineraries, and packing lists shared in advance
  • Dads receive simple coaching tips for each adventure—helping turn moments into lessons
  • Children engage in brief, age-appropriate life skills reflections before and after activities
  • Learning happens together—from Dad to child, and child to child

Every moment becomes a teaching moment.

Typical Dadventure Experiences

  • Hikes & treks
  • Camping & bonfire experiences
  • Barbecues & bonding activities
  • Cycling
  • Rock climbing & abseiling
  • Mountaineering

Dadventure is about doing what only Dads can do:

Tell stories. Model courage. Speak truth. Shape destiny.

30 Things We Wish We Had Known by Age 30

Your twenties are often filled with discovery—new experiences, relationships, successes, and mistakes that stretch your view of life and of yourself. As you approach 30, the questions become more focused and more urgent:

What kind of life am I building?
What choices now will shape the next decade?

30 by 30 is a guided experience designed to help you navigate this transition with truth, insight, and intention.

A Decade-Defining Pause

Designed for adults aged 25–33, this 9-session experiential journey creates space to slow down, reflect, and intentionally choose the direction of your life across the areas that matter most.

Rather than giving quick answers, the experience helps you ask better questions—and make grounded decisions that lead to lasting results.

What We Explore Together

Through guided conversations, reflection, and practical experiences, we engage five key life drivers:

  • Companions – Choosing and investing in meaningful relationships that last; discerning what to look for in close friendships and a potential spouse
  • Cash Flows – Understanding how money can serve purpose, not just lifestyle
  • Condition – Attending to your body, soul, and spirit for sustainable productivity
  • Career – Leveraging your work to align with your strengths and purpose
  • Contribution – Clarifying the deeper “why” that guides your life choices

These themes invite truthful reflection, practical insight, and intentional alignment.

Learning in Community

30 by 30 is facilitated in a Kijiji (community) style, bringing together people navigating the same life stage. As you share stories, questions, and lessons, a strong sense of belonging emerges—reminding you that you are not alone in this journey.

The experience is led by experienced mentors who have successfully navigated this season and share honestly from real life, not theory.

Experiential, Practical & Transformative

This is not a lecture series. It is experiential learning—designed to help you reflect, test assumptions, gain clarity, and take meaningful next steps.

The result is a shift in life paradigm—from drifting to intentional living—unlocking deeper fulfillment for the decade ahead.

30 by 30 is about setting a strong foundation now

so the next ten years are lived with clarity, purpose, and direction.

👉 Join the 30 by 30 Experience and step into your next decade with confidence.

It’s Not the Change — It’s the Transition

“It isn’t the changes that do you in, it’s the transitions.” — William Bridges

If you are in your late 30s to early 40s, this season may feel familiar:

  • An internal stirring for change
  • Growing restlessness with the status quo
  • A deeper hunger for meaning and purpose
  • A sense that you are ready for what’s next, even if it’s not yet clear

Midlife often surfaces deeper questions of identity, direction, and contribution. When this transition is not navigated with truth and insight, it can lead to misaligned choices, loss of passion, or pursuing goals that no longer fit.

At Badili Experience, we see midlife not as a crisis to fear, but as a pivotal transition—one that invites clarity, alignment, and intentional change.

A Space for Truth, Insight & Belonging

Facilitated in a Kijiji (community) conversational style, this journey offers a safe and honest space to pause, reflect, and journey alongside others navigating the same life stage.

Our facilitators and coaches share openly from their own lived experiences. Through guided reflection, conversation, and storytelling, you’ll be helped to connect the dots of God’s tapestry in your life—past, present, and future.

Biblical wisdom is used as a mirror, helping you see yourself more clearly and respond with truth and insight, not pressure or comparison.

What We Explore Together

The experience engages four interconnected life pillars:

  • Career & Contribution
  • Health & Wellness
  • Finances & Wealth
  • Marriage & Family

A dedicated marriage and family experience is also available, creating space to navigate the evolving dynamics of relationships during midlife with clarity, empathy, and shared understanding.

Experiential Learning That Leads to Results

Change happens when insight becomes action. This journey is experiential rather than theoretical—designed to help you leave with clarity, alignment, and meaningful next steps.

You won’t be told what to do.
You’ll be guided to discover what fits this season of your life.
