FOUNDERS STORY
We founded Badili Experience on a shared passion for adventure, growth, and human transformation. What began as friendship for us evolved into a marriage and a purposeful professional partnership collaborating where we could as we worked for different training houses. In 2018, we combined our strengths to formally launch Badili Experience Limited. Badili—Swahili for change—captures our heart: to see individuals, families, and teams thrive in both relational and professional life.
With over two decades of experiential learning, we have engaged more than 30,000 individuals across corporate teams, pioneered a signature couples experiential learning program, and co-authored Kizazi Kipya, a parenting resource that has equipped over 2,000 parents.
Our work in training, coaching, and therapy is guided by our TRIBE philosophy—Truth, Results, Insights, Belonging, and Experiential Learning—ensuring meaningful, sustainable change.
Steve Kiteto is a culture transformation practitioner with over 20 years of global experience in leadership and team development. He has facilitated learning for more than 15,000 participants across five continents, partnering with organisations to build values-driven, high-performing cultures.
Steve holds a degree in Economics from the University of Nairobi and advanced studies in Global Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Personal Development from Arizona State University. He is the author and co-author of several leadership and parenting resources, including LEAD TEAM, used in training and coaching contexts.
Lizzie integrates therapy, psychology, and experiential learning to foster deep, practical human transformation. She studied Psychology and Communication at Daystar University and holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
With experience training over 15,000 participants across corporate teams and families, Lizzie brings depth, empathy, and structure to her work. Her growing therapeutic practice strengthens Badili’s focus on human development, relational health, and holistic flourishing.
